· Assign and delegate tasks and responsibilities to the stewarding staff.
· Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
· Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
· Train the stewarding team on the safe use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
Work Experience
· A diploma or degree in hospitality management will be advantageous.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations within the stewarding or kitchen department, with a track record in a managerial role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Knowledge of kitchen equipment, their maintenance, and required cleaning standards.
