· Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
· Train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff.
· Schedule staff shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.
· Monitor restaurant inventory and ensure that all needed items are ordered.
· Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas and equipment to meet health and safety regulations.
Work Experience
· A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
· At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a significant portion in a supervisory or management role in a western restaurant.
· Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
· Good understanding of food hygiene principles and practices.
· A deep appreciation and understanding of western cuisines.
