Civil Engineer - Engineering Design & Customer Support

Job Description:
Dive into engineering issues to develop and refine calculation templates
Serve as the primary support for our clients, providing detailed explanations, solving inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions that reflect your deep understanding of Civil Engineering principles.
Testing and validating external computations to ensure they meet our strict standards and perfectly align with client needs.
Demonstrate your expertise in timber, concrete and steel design, using your skills to create strong and efficient structures.
Qualification:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in the Engineering Design consultancy sector, with a solid track record of project management and client satisfaction. In particular, design experience under US codes will be a strong asset
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Advanced knowledge in concrete and steel design, and proficiency in ETABs and Tekla Structures or similar engineering software.
Programming experience (eg Python) would be very valuable, though not required.
Must be able to write and speak fluently in English, with the ability to convey complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong numerical analysis ability and a passion for diving into research to find the best solutions.
The ability to work flexible hours is crucial due to collaboration with team members from the US and Australia.
