Civil Estimator

Things you will do

Pre-Planning Execution 

• Liaise with the construction planning supervisor to prepare and create Owner Estimation.
• Liaise with Partnership and Architect to create a rough owner estimation.

Planning Execution 

• Create owner estimation (Internal RAB, BoQ & Estimation timeline).
• Coordinate with MEP Planner to collect Estimation Timeline.
• Coordinate with Architect to ensure DED is correct as standard. 
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents with the Construction Planning Supervisor.
• Create PR for construction from Owner Estimation and material not included in the Tender.

Construction Execution

• Liaise final construction timeline with Construction Execution Division.
• Liaise with Construction Coordinator to create Addendum Estimation and Recapitulation Addendum.

You’ll fit in this job if you

• Have a minimum of 2 years in the same position
• Good understanding and ability of MEP AC
• Proficiency in design systems and calculations MEP.
• Good Ability to create BoQ, RAB, and S Curve.
• Good ability in Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup
• Good understanding of civil and MEP, also an ability to establish Technical Drawing
• Good Communication, high initiative, detail-oriented, fast learner, and team player.
• Willing to work based in Bandung with frequent Travel
• Ready to work contract-based for 6 months
