Coating & Insulation Manager (Batam)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain The Blasting and Painting Facilities according to The Project Requirements and  NORSOK specifications.
2. Enforcement and verification of work performed in accordance with coating specification manufacturer’s recommendation and coating procedure.
3. Ensure that Paint Applicators are fully qualified for the painting systems.
4. Ensure that right equipment for abrasive blasting and painting has been used on the job site, Grit size type of blasting media, Spray Gun /Spray Nozzle.
5. Ensure that the subordinates are well trained and aware of all the necessary techniques.
6. Ensure that Painting Storages are in good condition.
7. Ensure that the work is in accordance with the procedures and workmanship from the subordinate are met according to the procedure and to the Coating Specification and is acceptable day by day, Painter and Blaster must follow the Golden Rules.
8. Ensure that all the Blasters and Painters are trained prior to put them on job.
9. Ensure that the paint usage for the Project is controlled and monitored and prevent from wastage.
