Job Summary :
As a Commercial Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Jagat's travel's operations. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, strong business acumen, and exceptional managerial skills. The Commercial Head will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Tour and Travel division, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Meet the annual sales target set in the budget and Implement strategies to maximize revenue streams, including pricing strategies, upselling opportunities, and innovative product development.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, AND TRAVEL agencies.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market analysis, and identify new business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, addressing customer feedback, and continuously improving service quality.
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Provide regular reports and updates on key performance indicators, market trends, and the overall performance of the Tour and Travel division to Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior commercial role within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
