Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Management, or any related major
- Experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management. Minimum 6 years working experience as leasing.
- Has moderate number of connections within the industry including with investors, major and minor companies; potential tenant; agent; and other related parties.
- Experience in resident retention, communication, and problem solving.
- Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel
- Able to communicate in English language.
Job Description
- Plan, calculate, and direct the development process of commercial area within the township.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use insights to adjust leasing strategies and remain competitive.
- Collaborate business development plan with stakeholder to generates new initiative in purpose of attract new lessee and investment in the area to accommodate company future commercial plan.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain a diverse mix of tenants that align with overall business objectives.
- Expanding the tenant database throughout different industries.
- Calculate budget, potential revenue and cost for every lease potential agreement with Finance team.
- Identify and engage potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and execute lease agreements in accordance with company regulation and communication.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the interests of the shopping mall.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive leasing experience.
- Analyze and report on the performance of lease activities and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of leased spaces, working towards maximizing rental income and achieving occupancy targets.
- Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
