Requirements:

1. Max. 35 years old
2. Bachelor in Management, Management Business, Business Administration
3. Min. 4 years experienced in Commercial Tower & FO
4. Understand the tower rent collection process
5. Ability to drive and support leaderships teams to make effective decisions, including using well developed facilitation skills
6. Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Job Descriptions:

1. Regular monitoring, market analyst and develop appropriate improvement plans
2. Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies
4. Collect tower rent to clients
