Job Descriptions:- Manage and operate the collection project team.
- Collection project progress management and plan execution
- Quality management
- Team management,
- Cooperation with external parties
- Reporting and documentation, Regularly report regarding project progress, problems, and improvement measures.,
- Document collection processes and quality control procedures to improve project knowledge sharing and transparency
- Interpretation work, Interpreting to facilitate communication between Japanese business travelers and related parties (Indonesian).
Job Requirements:- Project management experience. Experience with natural rubber raw material collection projects is particularly desirable.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in quality control (especially DRC judgment)
- Basic IT skills (data management, report writing, etc.)
