Frazer Jones are delighted to work with an established and hugely successful financial services business to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Manager/ Reward Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Based in the Manchester office (hybrid) you will manage a team of three and support approx. 550 global employees with their total reward offering, responsible for all their compensation, benefits, payroll oversight and operations. This covers multiple jurisdictions, therefore international experience is essential.
You will ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the Company's business objectives and meet all local statutory / regulatory requirements. You will work closely with global colleagues on resolving HR systems, operational and administration issues. You will also help establish clear mapping of controls and duties across the payroll team.
What we're looking for
We happy to consider candidates from any medium to large sized commercial, environments, you do not need to have worked in financial or professional services. It is however essential that you've held a global or multi-jurisdictional position, understanding the intricacies of reporting, regulation and overall cohesion across compensation and benefits.
Due to the level of change and transformation taking place across this function, including a recently Workday implementation, it is essential you are an experienced people manager, with the ability to coach support and develop your team. It is also essential that you are system functionality curious, you are comfortable challenging processes and creating new workflows.
