Compliance Manager

Job Description
1. Designing/ Developing, implementing and managing organizations compliance standard
2. Support Product Operations apparel organization on all related issues (system, policies, and product)
3. Performing internal audits for social, Safety, Environment, and C-TPAT issues in the factory
4. Preparing and assisting external audit social, OSH, Environment, and C-TPAT scope
5. Ensure the factory fully complies with social ethics and health and safety requirements
6. Establishing harmonious relationships between the company and stakeholders
7. Managing compliance team representatives from each department
8. Periodic data is updated in the ERP system and reported to the stakeholder
9. Follow up findings CAP and sustain it

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degrees from any major
2. Min. 5 years of working as a Compliance/ Internal auditor in garment/ bag/ footwear manufacturing will be an advantage
3. Have an understanding and knowledge of social compliance (implementation, monitoring, and audit)
4. Familiar with Higg-FEM, SLCP, C-TPAT, and BWI
5. Have strong leadership and analytic
6. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and fast learner
7. Assertive communication and well-planned 
8. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
9. Willing to work in Jepara
