• A relevant university degree;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Relevant working experience would be preferable;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Initiative and resourcefulness.
Tanggung Jawab
• Handle general and consular enquiries received by phone and email
• Schedule appointments and attend to walk-in visitors
• Process passport applications and assist with citizenship/permanent residence matters which
• Includes preparing official documents and processing of applications
• Process service of legal documents & assist with consular cases involving
• Perform daily collections of cash and record-keeping.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or other home-based staff.
