Job Desciption

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the Content Marketing strategy for our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to create and deliver high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and distributing content across various channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital platforms.

Your creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will be essential in driving our Content Marketing efforts and increasing our brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive Content Marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify content opportunities and trends. Define content goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Content Marketing initiatives.

2. Content Creation : Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms, such as blogs, websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external contributors to develop content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, follows brand guidelines, and adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Content Distribution : Plan and execute the distribution of content across various channels to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Utilize social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics to promote and distribute content effectively.

Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations to improve content distribution strategies.

4. Content Management : Manage and maintain the content calendar, editorial calendar, and content production workflows. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input, feedback, and approvals for content creation and distribution.

5. Brand Messaging : Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all content and communication channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, style guides, and content standards.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure that all content reflects the brand image and resonates with the target audience.

6. Thought Leadership : Position the organization as a thought leader in the industry by creating and promoting original and insightful content.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in Content Marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of branding, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
