Content Operation (English Speaking)

OB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Responsible for the videography, content planning and account operation of accounts of beauty and personal care products on overseas mainstream social media platforms, meeting business needs, establishing business goals, and editing of  short video scripts and creative graphics and text content;

2. Control all aspects of content creation and production, and be responsible for the planning quality and delivery effect of social media content;

3. Highly sensitive to hot trends and interactive topics on social media platforms such as TikTok. Improve account content quality based on user behavior, hot trends and data analysis, collaborate on product development and planning to output popular videos and graphics, drive user interaction topics, increase user click-through rates, like rates and product conversion rates, and control user growth indicators Responsible;

4. Pay attention to the industry and major social media industry trends, regularly analyze and review user preferences and content trends on each platform, continuously innovate content methods and carry out content iterative optimization, and improve the effect and quality of materials and celebrities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Users of IG, Tiktok, and YouTube, familiar with the ecology and traffic methods of overseas social media platforms

2. Have 3 years (or more) experience in content marketing or social media account operation

3. Strong user thinking, understanding of user aesthetics and ways of thinking, and strong detail control and quality pursuit of graphics, texts and short video materials

4. Good logical thinking and data analysis skills, data-oriented, effectively helping content iteration and optimization

5. Those who are creative and love innovation, majors in art design, communication, editing and directing will be given priority

6. Priority will be given to those with popular content or product incubation experience

7. English can be used as a working language

8. Proficient in Office, PS, AI, PR and other work tools. Candidates with drawing ability will be given priority
