Content Support Intern

Requirements:

1. Candidates between 22 and 24 years of age.
2. Possession of a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Film, Art, or Communication.
3. Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Content Support.
4. Willing to work Monday to Friday in the office
5. Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, PowerPoint, and Capcut.
6. Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and report generation with Producers & Head Of Production for social media planning.
2. Coordination with production teams, promotional teams, social media teams, and talent/speakers.
3. Design of thumbnails, editing of TikTok/Reels content, scriptwriting, creation of clickbait titles, and crafting engaging captions.
4. Market research for social media content preferences.
5. Development of social media content planning for TikTok, Youtube, and Twitter, supervised by the producer.
6. Generation of new ideas or concepts for social media.
7. Management and operation of internal social media platforms.
8. Shooting coverage for broadcast and social media needs.
9. Participation in program shootings to create TikTok and other social media content.
10. Editing on mobile devices and creating stories for social media needs.
