Job Description

  1. Assist in developing and implementing the overall Process Improvement strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Identify opportunities for Process Improvement by conducting thorough analyses of existing processes, systems, and workflows.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather feedback, understand challenges, and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Conduct process assessments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  6. Support the development and implementation of improvement projects, including defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and ensure their successful implementation.
  8. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote a culture of continuous improvement and provide guidance on process optimization methodologies.
  9. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and track performance against established goals and metrics.
  10. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and progress updates to senior management, highlighting the impact of Process Improvement initiatives.
  11. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to Process Improvement and apply them to enhance organizational performance.

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or operations management.
  2. Previous experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or related roles within the skincare and bodycare FMCG industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
