Job Description

As a Corporate HR Manager, your responsibiltiies include:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation programs.
  3. Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
  5. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
  6. Oversee employee relations activities, including investigating and resolving employee grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with senior management to identify talent development needs and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  8. Lead HR analytics and reporting efforts to track key HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. The Successful Applicant

    A successful candidate must possess:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate HR environment.
    3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
    4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
    6. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
    7. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
    8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
    9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer
