Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university or overseas (Master’s degree is an advantage)
2. 3-4 years experience in as a Corporate Legal / compliance function, or have been a legal counsel at a law firm
3. Has experience in agriculture industry is a plus
4. Expert in drafting and review high-quality agreements, proficient in both English and Bahasa.
5. Able to provide legal advice in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
6. Meticulous and have sharp analytical skills
7. Excellent, research, verbal, and written communication skills
8. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work well within internal/external stakeholder
9. Fluent speaking in English
