Job Description:
- Draft and/or review agreements/contracts
- Oversee and provide input, suggestions, and improvements to the legal aspects of company operations.
- Ensure that all contracts/agreements are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage the company's Articles of Association and all related business permits and licenses
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal parties (business divisions/related divisions), external parties, including notary, legal consultants, government agencies and other parties
- Prepare reports related to the company's legal activities.
- Evaluate agreements/contracts/all related legal documents.
- Ensure the smoothness and manage the archives of each contract/agreement and/or legal document.
- Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and institutions.
- Assist in the legal litigation process
Requirements:
- Education at least S1 majoring in Law
- At least 2 years of working experience in the corporate.
- Have good knowledge in business law, contract drafting, and legal review, and corporate licensing especially in clinic and healthcare field.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Good administrative and analytical skills, meticulous and adaptable.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel outside the city
- Fluent in English with a Toefl min score of 450
- Have an advocate license (will be a plus)
