Uraian Tugas

Job Description

  1. Create, analysis and report monthly COGM and COGS report to management.
  2. Analysis different consumption between potential cost and Actual cost of each restaurant in The Lawn and communicate to related Head Department.
  3. Check and attaching of invoice to receiving and hand over to Account Payable on daily basis.
  4. Checking the accuracy reports on Material Control.
  5. Updating and maintenance of recipes on Material Control system.
  6. Maintaining of records with regards to the responsible area.
  7. Continuously study on weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurants and suggest for improvement.
  8. Controlling and manage receiving process to ensure receiving process comply with the company procedures.
  9. Ensure the confidentiality of any financial, cost , consumption and purchasing information.
  10. Support to monitor central kitchen performance.
  11. Collaborate with The Research and Development Team.
  12. Identifies potential staff to be promote and/or transfer within finance and business support operations.

 

Qualification

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree Accounting.
  2. Experience minimum two (2) years' as Cost Control Manager in industry Food and Beverage.
  3. Understand and familiar The Journal System and Microsoft Office.
  4. Able to manage deadlines, honest and conscientious.
