Job Description
- Create, analysis and report monthly COGM and COGS report to management.
- Analysis different consumption between potential cost and Actual cost of each restaurant in The Lawn and communicate to related Head Department.
- Check and attaching of invoice to receiving and hand over to Account Payable on daily basis.
- Checking the accuracy reports on Material Control.
- Updating and maintenance of recipes on Material Control system.
- Maintaining of records with regards to the responsible area.
- Continuously study on weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurants and suggest for improvement.
- Controlling and manage receiving process to ensure receiving process comply with the company procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality of any financial, cost , consumption and purchasing information.
- Support to monitor central kitchen performance.
- Collaborate with The Research and Development Team.
- Identifies potential staff to be promote and/or transfer within finance and business support operations.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Accounting.
- Experience minimum two (2) years' as Cost Control Manager in industry Food and Beverage.
- Understand and familiar The Journal System and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage deadlines, honest and conscientious.
