Uraian Tugas

Job Description

·        Work closely with other department or attend related meetings to participate in providing or receiving constructive criticism with regards to the department in order to improve efficiency and productivity

·        Coordinate with other departments especially F&B Department regarding cost matters.

·        To liaise with purchasing on the timely delivery of items.

·        Deliver money to the bank or coordinate its deposits.

Conveys the hotel's image

·        Supervise the Food & Beverage, Storekeepers and receiving clerk.

·        Ensure that security of all stores has been adequately maintained, including proper restrictions on the issue of keys and general access.

·        Ensure that all incoming goods have been received via the Receiving Area, with deliveries properly checked against purchase orders and market list.

·        Make an ocular inspection of the storeroom and receiving Area on a daily basis.

·        Ensure that proper records have been kept of inventory receipts, issues and returns by use of storeroom stock cards and signed documents.

·        Introduce stringent cost control measures.

·        Conduct regularly butcher and cooking testing and yield testing.

·        Perform recipe costing for food and beverage.

·        Safeguard and monitor the movement of chinaware, glassware, silverwares and linen.

·        Conduct monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other storeroom items.

Work Experience

·        Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality management or Finance eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and experience.

·        Significant experience in a customer-service position

·        Experience in team management

·        Computer literate

Fluent in the national language, and business English (a third language would be a plus)
