Cost Estimator

Qualifications :

1. Minimum S1 graduate of Civil Engineer
2. Minimum of 5 years experience working as Qs Engineer/ Cost estimator on DED projects in Engineering Consultant *industrial estate project would be advantage
3. Proficient in operating software (Minimum AutoCAD) another software such as Ms Project, BIM, Subicost, Revit would be advantage
4. Excellent written (to prepare design report/PPT in Indonesian & English) and verbal communication skills (presentation)
5. Fluent English required
6. Jakarta base, but willing to occasionally site survey

Responsibilities :

1. Experienced in estimate cost for DED, Masterplan and feasibility study works
2. Experienced in calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
3. Updates to regulations and any journals related to unit prices for civil, Mechanical/Electrical, and building architecture works
4. Capable to prepare engineering estimate especially for DED of infrastructure & M/E works
