Cost Estimator Officer

Requirement:

• S1/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil / Structural preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost management
• Cost and contract management experience in various capital project
•  Ability to read and interpret design drawings
• Having an accurate and up-to-date materials supliers database
• Having an knowledge in materials used in the project with the specifications dan price.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the scope and scale of the project

• Where required undertake travel to project sites to gather information on materials, labour and other factors to build the estimate

• Reviewing the project planning and quantifying the cost tracking

• Assist in the development of the cost control budget

• Prepare cost reports, analysis, cost elements in a contract, budgets, cost risk assessment and other document related to cost management

• Active input with project management team for the development of procurement and contract packages
