A Country IT Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage other system integration projects across Asia Pacific concurrently subject to workload in Indonesia
- Document the scope, goals, and deliverables of IT projects which should support business goals, in collaboration with key stakeholders and management.
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
- Establish project timelines and milestones/deliverables using the appropriate tools.
- Improve the quality of project execution by ensuring projects are executed using defined project methodologies, tools and governance structures.
- Prioritise project efforts based on business value and direction.
- Communicate methodology, processes, tools & ways of working to IT project teams.
- Ensure the right project are done right, with strong business stakeholder engagement.
A successful candidate will have:
- At least 4-6 years direct work experience in an IT project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- At least 3 years direct work experience as Operations manager or CIO in international business
- Competent and proficient understanding of modern technology platforms: Eg. Cloud services, Network, communications systems, ERPs, etc.
- Clear understanding of Due Diligence, Business integration, Security and infrastructure remediation processes are vital
- Strong familiarity with project management & productivity software, such as Office 365, Jira Software and Confluence, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Availability to work in different time zones.
