Uraian Tugas

Job Description : 

1. Handling customer phone calls, emails, or messages (chat/messages) according to good service standards. 

2. Providing information about the company's products or services (Reservations, Events, and Outlet Information). 

3. Summarizing customer interactions both through the system and personally.

4. Resolving customer issues or providing solutions to company regulations.

5.  Adhering to the company's customer service procedures and policies. 5. 

6. Collaborating with internal company members to provide solutions for customers.

Requirements : 

  • Diploma degree
  • Experience 1 year in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the product or service offered by the company.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and SAAS or CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English or Mandarin will be a plus point
