Responsibilities :
- Reply to chat (livechat) with buyers
- Responsible for buyer orders through e-commerce, product consultation, and after sales.
- Responsible for buyer purchases and process product returns in detail and in stages.
- Summarizing the problem for the buyer's needs to improve customer service.
- Coordinate with the warehouse if there are problems with customer orders.
- Handle customer rating issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree.
- Having an experience in Customer Service is a must.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in E-Commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli dil).
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (any major).
- Good looking and good personality.
- Have an excellent communicative skill according to a good SOP.
- Have a passion for working in the fashion field.
- Placement in Jakarta Barat
