Responsibilities:
- Having the knowledge of the product, providing information about the company's products and services.
- As a customer relations officer, that is as someone who can foster good relations with third parties.
- As a communicator, it means as a person who contacts customers and provides information about everything that is needed.
- As a receptionist, it means as a receptionist who comes to the office, its function is in terms of serving guests who come and provide the desired information as complete as possible.
- Provide information about product/service procedures available to customers.
- Provide information about requirements that must be met by customers to get certain products/services.
- Handling customer complaints and provide the best solution.
- Submit customer complaints to related divisions in order to improve the quality of the company.
- Answering questions related to products and services from various platforms.
- Record and analyze the problems asked by consumers to find out the deficiencies in our products and services.
- Record consumer information to follow up on the problem (if not resolved)
Requirements:
- Already vaccinated
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma’s Degree from any field
- Age preference within 18 - 24 years old
- Have minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center or Customer Service
- Good communication skills (fluent in english is preferred)
