We are currently looking for a Customer Service Lead for one of our subsidiaries, namely PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama (Viberlink).
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead in Customer Service (preferably in the ISP/Telecommunications industry)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer operations in line with SAP
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate initiative, leadership skills, and effective communication
- Fluent in English
Job Description:
- Communicate with clients regarding products, complaints, and services.
- Ensure all processed orders are fully and accurately paid. Additionally, a daily reconciliation summary must be submitted every day at the specified time.
- Capable of upselling/company product promotions and promotions for every walk-in/telephone interaction with customers.
- Coordinate with the management team for updates and weekly and monthly reports.
- Delegate tasks and working hours to the team.
