-Communicate and serve customers either by telephone or direct meeting in a good and friendly manner, provide solutions for all complaints from customers.
-Provide information on follow-up results from customer’s complaints. And ensured that all existing problems will be resolved quickly and smoothly.
Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field or still on bachelor’s degree
2.Related field is requirement for this position, preferably in property/real estate
3.Excellent communication skill
4.Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver
