Job Description :
1. Support the manager in carrying out management tasks when the manager is out of the office.
2. Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas
for new training or skills improvement.
3. Collaborate and helping team member problems and handling team members work.
4. Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and sustainable knowledge.
5. Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports on team performance, mission-related goals
and deadlines.
6. Provide quality Customer Service, including interacting with customers, responding to customer
inquiries and effectively handling customer complaints.
7. Provides support for Database product.
