Responsibilities
- Manage and answer online inquiries in marketplace platforms (E.g Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Qoo10 & Etc)
- Ensure all response rate metrics are in excellent level
- Provide professional, accurate and valid information to end consumer
- Deal with customer complaints, provide a solution and offer alternatives solution within Company guideline policy
- Follow up and ensure closure of inquiry or issue
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team, key account manager, brands, and other related parties.
Job requirements :
- 1 - 2 Years Experience Proficiency in English is a must
- Experiences in building, managing and influencing relationships with senior stakeholders, using data to generate insights and solving complex problems.
- Strong leadership, self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
- Ability to function independently and within team environment with demonstrated tracking records in motivating and coaching staff to maximize their individual potentials.
- Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
