Devops Lead

Job Descriptions:

1. Design and implement automation scripts and tools to improve the efficiency of the development and deployment processes. 

2. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure the continuous integration, testing, and deployment of applications. 

3. Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. 

4. Manage and monitor containerized applications running on Kubernetes clusters. 

5. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to manage cloud resources efficiently. 

6. Ensure the security and compliance of the DevOps pipeline and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Technical Information / Information System or related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) 

2. More than 5 years experience of implementing and managing DevOps 

3. Having strong analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, and excellent communication skills 

4. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Phyton, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform to automate repetitive tasks and streamline deployment processes

Technical Qualifications:

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. 

- Cloud Services: Proficient in using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage infrastructure and applications. 

- Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk to ensure system performance and troubleshoot issues. 

- Security Awareness: Strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement security measures in the DevOps pipeline. 

- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and QA engineers.
