Digital Fundraising Officer

Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia is seeking Digital Fundraising Officer based in Jakarta – Indonesia
Reporting Line
Post holder would directly report to Corporate Fundraising Coordinator Overall Responsibility:
Digital Fundraising Officer reports to the Fundraising coordinator. He/she will have the responsibility to develop, plan and implement his own workload in terms of predetermined targets for fundraising and implementation in the areas of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, and waqf (ZISWAQF) and non-ZISWAQF Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Partnership and Fundraising Strategy
Draft monthly Fundraising strategies and targets, within a 3 year period
Develop a strategic plan for fundraising for partnership acquisitions (omni channel/digital partnerships & media partnerships both online and offline)
Building new partnerships with digital partners
Establish and develop various collaborations with digital and media partners (online and offline)
Achieve the target of each fundraising projection that has been prepared every month
Coordination with marketing communications for the “Winning Program” which will be offered to digital partners and fundraising through the media
Provide advice and support to relevant teams on how to best utilize digital channels to maximize the reach of initiatives
Provide advice, consult and provide services related to the design and development of online advertising materials to marketing and media communications
2. Marketing and Media Communication for Fundraising
Increase public awareness about the vision, mission and programs of Islamic Relief Indonesia with the right formulation
Encourage active community participation in donations and humanitarian activities
Build strong relationships with the media and relevant stakeholders
Improve the image and reputation of Islamic Relief as a leading humanitarian organization
With program coordinator to develop marketable programmatic communications packages
Optimizing online media and outdoor media, as well as activating online events to maximize fundraising programs
Optimizing organic social media and paid advertising to increase fundraising programs
Coordination with partnerships in terms of influencer marketing as one of the strategies for increasing fundraising programs
To strengthen IR’s social media platforms with digital marketing formulations to target broader public campaigns 3. Develop Event Management for Marketing and Communication Strategy for Fundraising
To participate in large/large external events by opening organizations such as Hijab Fest, Moslem Fair, Jakarta Fair, UMKM fair, etc.
To hold events such as disaster response simulations for companies, schools, business associations, etc
Responsible for every online and offline activity carried out in order to increase the fundraising program 4. Implement Fundraising Strategy for Fundraising Sources
Map & mobilize digital partnerships (Omni Channel) to collaborate with Islamic Relief through:
Crowdfunding (Kitabisa.com, Beramal Jariyah, Ayo Bantu, We Care, Benih Baik etc): To optimize and increase the relevance of content to each campaign channel.
E-Commerce (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Bli-bli etc.): To accelerate partnerships with e-commerce platforms both through merchants and payment gateways
Fintech / apps (Ovo, Flip, Dana, etc.): Presenting humanitarian donation features on fintech channels and other applications.
Skills and Competencies
Bachelor degree or more in relevant fields.
Vast knowledge of fundraising sector in Indonesia
High Know how in donor acquisition and retainment
Ability to advice CEO and Managers on fundraising tactics.
Well-developed IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office in particular for presentation purpose
Ability to supervise and develop Volunteer/Agency Fundraising
Having proven effective relation and networking with general public companies, charity organization, and key stakeholders for fundraising purpose
Having database of donors and companies
Experience
A 2 year experience of managing fundraising sector
A proven record of successful fundraising achievement
Experience of undertaking a range of tasks requiring a high degree of discretion, sensitivity and negotiating skills.
Experience of working independently and on own initiative
