Job Description:

1. Manage and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

2. Lead and collaborate with the Social Media Officer, Content Creator, and Copywriter to Create high-quality content, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

3. Develop and implement a comprehensive DIGITAL MARKETING strategy aligned with business objectives

4. Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings

5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales

6. Prepare monthly reports summarizing DIGITAL MARKETING activities and results

7. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant DIGITAL MARKETING tools.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in DIGITAL MARKETING

2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful DIGITAL MARKETING campaigns and creating high-quality content

3. Experience in managing a team

4. Having a portfolio of previous projects/achievements is a must.

5. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills

7. Problem-solving skills and presentation skills

8. Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Semarang City.
