Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information/Tech or related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, preferably in a middle management position, with a minimum experience of 3 years.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful Digital Marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing channels, tools, and techniques including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Plan and implement digital campaigns across various channels including but not limited to social media, email, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and suggest innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
