1. Minimum 10 years experiences as a HR Corporate Palm & Oil Head;
2. At least minimum 15 years of total working experiences as HR Corporate Manager (for HR Corporate Senior Manager);
3. Age maximum 50 years old;
4. Bachelor Degree in Psychology;
5. Master's degree in psychology is a plus;
6. Handling end to end human resources function, including - but not limited to - compensation & benefits, recruitment, and general affairs;
7. Overviewing both the holding and the ditribution company;
8. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions;
9. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
10. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate;
11. Independent, meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills;
12. “Can do” attitude positive;
13. Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethics;
14. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills;
15. Be able to speak and write english language (oral and written) is a plus;
16. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, leadership skills, teamwork, attention to detail & honest;
17. Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel.
