Job Description
- Receive, record, track and distribute documents.
- Examine and or verify documents to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and conformity to the standards and regulations set by the company.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or discrepancies in documents.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure document accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive document data.
- Ensure compliance with Document Control procedures, policies and guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on existing Document Control.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma Degree from Business Adm/Finance/Accounting/Related field.
- Minimum 1 year previous experience as Document Controller/Admin/Equivalent (Finance background is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable to quick and dynamic work pace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- High level of integrity.
- Strong knowledge of Document Control best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel.
