Imports

1. Liaising with suppliers/consignee or overseas agents for organising shipping/custom.
2. Clearance documents from custom, quarantine and IFIP for import shipments into Australia. 
3. Checking all the documents as per compliance of Australian customs, prepare a file with Job No.
4. Sending documents for filing to Custom broker in complete order, mentioning CIF value using declaration software for generating declaration/forming templates/declaration formats- Liaising with clients.
5. Uploading Job documents on Cargowise System
6. Day to Day keep updated with Biosecutity and IFIP, importing conditions
7. IFIP label checking
8. Import permit documentation
9. Liaising with shipping lines for Master BL, submitting drafts for MBL.
10. Liaising with overseas and Australian offices and agents and generating House BLs
11. Classify products on Invoice and packing list
12. Preparing House BL, Airway Bill by entering into system
13. Reporting to overseas coordinator.

3. Filing VGM to Carrier on shipping lines portal
