Job purpose:
The delivery executive is responsible to ensure the goods delivery in line with the company Quality Assurance standards as well as internal SOP. Delivery team is responsible of his own truck cleanliness and routine maintenance. / Delivery bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan pengiriman barang sesuai dengan standar mutu perusahaan serta SOP internal. Tim pengiriman bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan dan perawatan rutin truk masing-masing.
Duties:
o Ensure that the truck is being routine checked in daily, weekly and monthly basis such as the oil, air radiator, accu, brake oil and all related to the truck equipments / Memastikan truk dicek secara rutin harian, mingguan dan bulanan seperti oli, radiator udara, accu, oli rem dan semua yang berhubungan dengan peralatan truk.
o Ensure that the truck in good condition before leaving for customer delivery, clean if needed / Memastikan truk dalam kondisi baik sebelum berangkat untuk pengiriman dan keadaan bersih.
o Once truck target temperature is reached, liaise with warehouse team for the loading process. Check goods against DO/POD before loading them / Setelah suhu truk mencapai target, koordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk proses pemuatan. Periksa barang bandingkan dengan DO/POD sebelum memuatnya.
o Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely and treating customers with respect / Mewakili perusahaan dengan baik sekali dan profesional dengan mengemudi secara aman dan memperlakukan pelanggan dengan hormat.
o Ensure that QA standards and product quality requirements are being implemented during delivery, including truck compartment temperature all along the delivery process / Memastikan bahwa standar QA dan persyaratan kualitas produk diterapkan ketika pengiriman, termasuk suhu kompartemen truk selama proses pengiriman.
o Ensure orders are delivered to the customer accurately and in good condition and get DO/POD documents signed. Deliver invoice or another document to the relevant department if needed / Memastikan pesanan terkirim ke pelanggan secara akurat dan dalam kondisi baik dan dokumen DO/POD telah ditandatangani. Kirim faktur atau dokumen lain ke departemen terkait bila diperlukan
o Coordinate with Customer Service team to ensure that the DO/POD is returned back safely / Berkoordinasi dengan tim Customer Service untuk memastikan DO/POD dikembalikan balik dengan selamat.
o Manage goods reject and goods return as per company policy / Mengurus barang yang ditolak dan retur sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan.
o Inform driver in charge or supply chain for the renewal of the car license which expire (KIR, STNK) and plan the renewal process / Menginformasikan kepada pengemudi penanggung jawab atau supply chain untuk perpanjangan STNK yang habis masa berlakunya (KIR, STNK) dan merencanakan proses perpanjangan
o Perform all other related duties as assigned / Melaksanakan semua tugas terkait lainnya yang diberikan.
Skills and competences:
o Driving Licence B1
o Good knowledge of Jakarta and the deliveries areas
o Customer and quality oriented
