Position Overview:

We're seeking a full-time E-commerce Assistant with experience in online retail. This role is perfect for someone who understands the digital marketplace landscape and has a solid background in managing e-commerce operations.

You won’t need to know Amazon inside out from the start—we’ll help you get there, focusing on skills like online research, analyzing products based on specific performance indicators, and managing an online store.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing: Use online research to find and select products that meet our specific criteria, ensuring we stock items that will sell well.

Market Analysis: Analyze data to understand what our customers want and how we can provide it.

Product Management: Oversee the journey of a product from selection to sale, making sure we always offer something exciting.

Store Management: Help keep our online store running smoothly, ensuring our product listings are up-to-date and appealing.

Who You Are:

You have experience in e-commerce and are familiar with the ins and outs of online retail.

You're good with numbers and can quickly understand what makes a product successful.

You're able to work on your own but also enjoy being part of a team.

You're fluent in Indonesian and English.

What We Offer:

A starting salary of 5-7 million IDR, with a future opportunity to earn a profit percentage likely to exceed your initial salary.

Training in all areas of our e-commerce business, with room to grow your skills and role.

Working hours will be regularly from 9-5 Mo-Fr with an hour break but those are flexible.
