Job Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to be part of our growing team! As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a vital role in driving online sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers by managing and optimizing the online sales and operations of Torch’s e-commerce platform. Your effort contribute to the brand's online visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business success in the digital landscape.

Job Role:

  1. E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
  2. E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  3. Product Management: Manage the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
  4. Merchandising: Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
  6. Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
  7. Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic, and sales) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  9. SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to the website.
  10. Mobile Optimization: Ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile shopping trend.
  11. Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement.
  12. Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
