Ecommerce Specialist

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
2. Min. 1 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (Such as Shopee, Tiktokshop, Tokopedia, Alibaba, etc).
3. Proven experince in e-commerce or online sales
4. Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
5. Experience in the E-Commerce and FMCG industry is a plus
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
7. Passion for ecommerce and a strong customer-centric mindset
8. Will be placed at South Tangerang

Job Description :

1. Manage and maintain the company's online store on the e-commerce platform, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
2. Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategies.
3. Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales Data Analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
4. Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
5. Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers to provide superior Client Server and satisfaction.
6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
