Electrical Assistant Manager

Requirements:

1. S1 Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering.
2. Has experience at least 3-5 years in related fields (Manufacture)/ preferably from Steel Manufacture
3. Has good knowledge in technical skills (PLC,AC/DC drive maintenance, instrumentation, electronic troubleshooting, power)
4. Has good communication skill
5. Has skills of good planner, executor, fault troubleshooter

Job Description:

1. Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of efficient maintenance execution of all Electrical Installations and activities.
2. Ensures completion of electrical maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality, safety, and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability.
3. Coordinates other section engineers and give support when required.
4. Manages and motivates team, ensuring coordination and cooperation between the departments.
5. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices and contribute to their improvement.
6. Ensures/enforces maximum safety procedure in execution of all jobs.
