Job Description:

- Handle Industrial Relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations roles.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
