Employee Relation And Industrial Relation Staff

Job Description:

1. Manage Employee Relations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
2. Handle Industrial Relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
4. Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures. 
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field. 
2. Proven experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations roles.
3. Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
6. Proactive and detail-oriented.
