Engineering Development Program

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma III, Bachelors, or Masters Degree with 0-3 years of experience
2. Preferably majoring in Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Education, Leather Processing, Product Engineering, Science, or 
3. have experience working in Shoe Technical, Developer, Shoe Manufacturing or related fields
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude in taking responsibility, willing to exceed expectations, and contribute through ideas
5. Have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
6. Strong ability to work independently within the structure of a team, work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills including in English
8. Proficient in using computer
9. Have awareness and care for K3
10. Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang
