Engineering Supervisor

·  Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel's machinery, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

·     Schedule regular checks and preventive maintenance for systems to ensure they function smoothly.

·     Handle emergency repairs and situations promptly.

·     Supervise the engineering team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.

·     Implement energy-saving measures and suggest ways to improve energy efficiency.

·     Ensure the hotel complies with regulations related to building codes, safety standards, etc.

·     Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.

·     Previous experience in engineering, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality sector.

·     Proven experience in a supervisory role.
