English Educator Assistant

Responsibilities :
Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Introduce students to a diverse range of literary genres, works, and authors, fostering an understanding of literary analysis and interpretation.
Guide students in improving their writing skills, including essay composition, creative writing, and effective communication.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respectful discussions, and collaborative learning.
Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' comprehension and progress.
Provide individualized support to students who may need extra assistance or enrichment.
Encourage critical thinking by facilitating class discussions, debates, and analysis of various texts.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree, or D3 (preferably majoring in English/Teaching)
Having a TOEFL / IELTS Certificate is preferable
Care about the student's progress & development
Knowing how to manage adult learners
Having a positive attitude and etiquette is a huge plus
Well-groomed and well dressed
A great team player
Self-starters, flexible, and eager to teach and learn
Curious learners, seeking to offer their best efforts, focus, and talents to their students and colleagues daily
