- Conduct Environmental Acts and Regulations are adhered to across organization and the fulfilment of environmental regulatory reporting and permit requirements, and hazardous waste management and disposal, and ensuring compliance
- Maintain effective working relationships with supervisory staff in other line departments, specialist consultants and from time to time, with Government department agencies
- Maintain effective working relationships with the other power plant area
- Conduct internal environmental inspection /audit (being auditor EMS System and regulation) at PT POMI and Contractors against PT POMI standards and existing government regulation
- Follow up all Environmental inspection and Audit findings, so they are properly by responsible department in timely manner
- Record the information related with the waste: type, characteristic, quantity, source, disposal plan detail and receipt date on the waste transfer form
- Monitoring biodiversity and waste management related with significant environmental impact
- Conduct water sampling in regular basis as part of Environmental monitoring program and submitting the water samples to the recommended independent laboratory
- Organize environmental events internally or externally that involving workforce from other department or participants
- Prepare Environmental records, such as: monitoring and measurement WWTP, Chemical, Sea Biota Emission, etc
- Prepare individual environmental performance records this include their certification validity
- Administer All Document routines environmental monitoring, inspection, audit duties, report, letter, and other document by following quality assurance guidelines
- Investigate Environmental incidents occurred in the plant area and properly documented
- Review data analysis results to ensure the result are correct, conduct data interpretation and provide data trending in regular basis
- 5 years working experience in Power Plant or other heavy industries
- Minimum possess bachelor degree
- Hold the Environmental Impact Assessment Certificate A level (AMDAL A) or equal
- Familiar with general coal fired power plant process
- Familiar with FGD, ESP, CEMS, WWTP and SWTP Systems
- Have food ability to identify environmental aspect and impact on power plant process and big construction activities if required
- Good, detailed knowledge on Environmental Impact Assessment process and implementation
- Good, detailed knowledge and applicability of Government Environmental Standards to coal power plant and constructions activities
- Have a good knowledge on general waste management system and hazardous waste handling
