1. D3 / S1 (MICE / Communication / Marketing / Equivalent)

2. Experience as Event Planner Coordinator min 2-3 years

3. Mastering the event process from start to finish

4. Have the ability to lead and manage a team

Job Description :

1. Creating programme and event gimmicks.

2. Search for quality vendors and within budget.

3. Makereports related to the progress of the event to be carried out.

4.Perform billing, invoice payments and ensure costs are in accordance with the set budget.

5. Understand booth and event productionsuch as banners and other media used.

6. Conduct post-event evaluationsthat have taken place.
