- Identify and research potential partners, including sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and media outlets, that align with the goals and target audience of the event.
- Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches tailored to the needs and objectives of prospective partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship packages, and other contractual terms to maximize value for both parties.
- Manage ongoing communications and negotiations with partners to address any issues or concerns and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to develop and implement activation plans for partners.
- Coordinate partner deliverables, including branding, signage, promotional materials, and onsite activities, to enhance the event experience and maximize partner visibility.
- Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, soliciting feedback and making adjustments as needed to ensure a positive partnership experience.
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of events, including venue selection, scheduling, staffing, coordination of services, and on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership objectives, such as brand exposure, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare post-event evaluations and reports to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
